In the fourth quarter of 2024, Ireland's top film and television applications on a unified platform showcased varied performance trends, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Disney+ saw a notable increase in weekly revenue, reaching around $192.8K by the end of December. Weekly downloads peaked at 9.6K during the week of December 23, while active users climbed from 159.8K to 192.8K over the quarter.

Netflix experienced steady weekly revenue, hovering around $15K, with a slight peak at $16.2K in late December. Downloads surged to 10.3K in the week of December 23, accompanied by an increase in active users from 345.7K to 360.8K.

Amazon Prime Video maintained a consistent revenue stream, peaking at $49.5K in the week of December 23. Downloads rose significantly to 8.9K the same week, and active users increased from 71.7K to 92K by the end of the quarter.

Paramount+ showed a gradual increase in revenue, reaching $35K in the last week of December. Downloads and active users both saw growth, with downloads peaking at 6.6K and active users rising to 35.9K.

Lastly, RTÉ Player did not generate revenue but had a notable increase in downloads, peaking at 10.8K in early December. Active users, however, showed a decline from 144.6K to 111.3K over the quarter.
